What does an evaluation include, and how long does it last?
All evaluations include a patient interview, a comprehensive assessment, and some initial impressions. Evaluations typically last 60-90 minutes. If a client cancels/is late for more than 50% of scheduled appointments within a 30-day timeframe, we reserve the right to discharge the client from services.
