Dance on over to our event for a fun dance fitness class followed by a workshop on posture and leisure activities hosted by Myna Women’s Health!
This event is designed for all fitness levels and is all about moving your body in a way that feels good to you while learning how everyday movement can support overall health and wellness.
Attendees will also receive a goodie bag with helpful information and resources to take home. Tickets are $10 per person.

Join us for a fun and educational morning with Myna Women’s Health!
Bring your kids to enjoy an hour of play, drinks, and learning while speech and occupational therapists Laikyn and Abbey share lactation and regulation tips and answer questions.
Goodie bags with helpful information will be provided for all attendees. This is a great opportunity to learn, ask questions, and take time for yourself while your kids play and enjoy the space.
